Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (Labor and Delivery) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboring and high-risk obstetric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Circulate in the operating room and assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
• Provide triage for obstetrical patients and place internal monitors as needed.
• Interpret fetal heart rate patterns and implement appropriate interventions.
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and AWHONN Intermediate standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state license; 2 years' experience required.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Experience with Epic charting and managing care in a fast-paced unit.
• Familiarity with labor and delivery procedures, including internal monitoring.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call as needed by the unit.
• Ability to handle 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios efficiently.
