Manufacturing Technician

Location: Pomona, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Payrate: $20/Hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a manufacturing team in Pomona, CA. This role is responsible for assembling, filling, packaging, and inspecting products while following written work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment and is comfortable performing documentation, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, package, inspect, and test products according to work instructions.
• Set up and make basic adjustments to manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Read and follow work orders and standard operating procedures.
• Complete production and equipment documentation accurately.
• Perform line clearance, housekeeping, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Support new equipment installation and validation activities.
• Follow FDA, ISO, OSHA, and company quality and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and process improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of assembly, filling, or packaging experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience following written work orders and manufacturing procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience packaging reagents or other regulated products.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, or OSHA regulations.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation, quality systems, and inventory control.
