Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)

Own the marketing engine that drives eligible employees to engage and enroll at qualifying life events. Your numbers are engagement rate, contact rate, enrollment rate, and cost per enrollment. What You'll Own: Multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and landing pages for When Choice and When Medicare. Medicare 64½ outreach journeys, separation journeys, client playbooks, and conversion testing. What You Bring: 5+ years in lifecycle, growth, or engagement marketing with direct ownership of conversion metrics. Hands-on marketing automation/CRM skills and analytical fluency to build segmentation and read the funnel. When When is an enterprise platform for guided health insurance decisions at qualifying life events. They have supported 1M+ employees and 204K qualifying events for Fortune 50 and 500 employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr WHEN
