ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner in Women’s health to support our care team by prescribing tailored hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or GLP-1s when needed. This independent contractor role offers remote work flexibility while contributing to the evolution of women’s health.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Conduct virtual consultations to assess and manage perimenopause / menopause symptoms. Develop and implement personalized care plans, including HRT, GLP-1s when appropriate, based on patient needs and evidence‑based guidelines. Educate patients about perimenopause, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care. Collaborate closely with RNs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with PIPEDA regulations. Stay updated on the latest research and guidelines related to perimenopause and HRT. Provide a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, fostering trust and open communication. Maintain the highest standards of care.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual (French and English) required. QC license required, with additional licenses preferred. Clinical Expertise: NP with specialized experience in women’s health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, focusing on peri- to post-menopause. Bonus: basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. Attention to Detail: Thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation. Strong Communicator: Interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients virtually. Collaborative: Comfortable working with Nurses, Doctors, and coaches; can elevate issues outside expertise to MDs. Problem Solver: Makes critical decisions when symptoms change, ensuring client health priority. Client-Centered: Dedicated to improving client outcomes, particularly with HRT management. Adaptability: Manages fast‑paced virtual healthcare and startup growth. Education: Passionate about educating clients and team on care plans.
