What This Role Will Do Perform table maintenance duties according to company service standards Execute opening, running, and closing duties in line with Service Standards Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating throughout the shift Keep the floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles Clean spills immediately and use floor signs to caution guests and staff Dispose of trash and recyclables in proper receptacles Clean and stock line to par throughout shift Stay current on all standard operating procedures Remain informed of current menu items and descriptions Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success Assist other employees as needed Follow all safety standards Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue What This Person Will Bring Required Experience in high‑volume kitchen operations Food service experience as either an Expeditor or Server in a high‑volume environment Exceptional communication skills Sense of urgency Time‑management ability Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards Critical thinking and decision‑making skills High school diploma Preferred Point of Sales experience Food service experience as either an Expeditor or Server in a high‑volume environment Physical Demands / Working Environment Fast‑paced, loud and often stressful environment Extended periods of prolonged standing and working on feet Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques Equal Employment Opportunity We are committed to an inclusive workplace and encourage applications from people irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability status or caring responsibilities.
