About the Role An independent insurance agency with a growing office in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support their small business accounts . This is an opportunity to work with a variety of accounts in a high-volume, fast-paced book of business, and join a company known for its internal training and development programs. Location: Norfolk, VA Responsibilities Manage all daily client activity and renewal preparation for select/main street business accounts. Prepare current accounts during the renewal period. Process changes online through insurance company websites. Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients, producers, and insurance company underwriters. Process auto ID cards, new & renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and loss runs. Update applications and Acord forms. Experience Approximately 2-3 years of commercial insurance property and casualty experience. Active state insurance license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
