Assistant Galley Operations ManagerSupport our Culinary team by keeping our shipboard food production areas in excellent condition. As an Assistant Galley Operations Manager, you will ensure that the galley's support elements – including ware washing, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment, materials, supplies, and par levels comply fully with Company standards.
