Assistant Galley Operations Manager

Assistant Galley Operations ManagerSupport our Culinary team by keeping our shipboard food production areas in excellent condition. As an Assistant Galley Operations Manager, you will ensure that the galley's support elements – including ware washing, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment, materials, supplies, and par levels comply fully with Company standards. We'd be happy to have you on our team if you have experience as a stewarding supervisor in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility; have extensive knowledge of food handling procedures and public health standards; are Internet savvy; and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Department: F&B kitchenLanguage required: English.Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) is a cruise vacation company comprised of three award-winning global brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises.
