National Service Manager: Lead Service Growth & KPIs

Yamazen Inc. is seeking a National Service Manager to oversee service technicians across regions, drive profitability, and coordinate training and process standardization. The NSM will own KPIs, lead staffing, monitor workload, develop a skills matrix, and create revenue streams such as maintenance contracts, while collaborating with regional leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
