ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 2010, with experience as a Claims Adjuster, Trainer, and in Marketing before becoming an agent. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents as well), so the business has been a big part of my life and career.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. I'm very involved with my children's school through volunteering and sponsorships, and our agency also supports local block parties and other community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Tara Casares - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
