Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in PHX Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle assistance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression Take ownership of the customer experience, addressing issues and creating solutions to foster brand loyalty Offer concierge services, travel consultations, and collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet Card Members' needs Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry Proven ability to deliver proactive customer solutions and exceptional service Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
