Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Salary Range: $90k - $100k / Year

Job Summary
Seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive process optimization, Lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and line balancing across assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze assembly processes and identify improvements using Lean principles .
• Conduct time studies, video time studies, line balancing, VA/NVA/RNVA, and Muri analysis .
• Develop Current and Future State Value Stream Maps (VSM) and identify bottlenecks, waste, and capacity gaps.
• Identify productivity and process improvement opportunities and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Develop and update Standard Work Instructions and Video Work Instructions .
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues, defects, downtime, and support corrective actions and Kaizen activities.
• Support fixture design and process improvement initiatives .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement solutions.
