Compensation:

$99,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice that aligns with their aspirations.
Utilize your bilingual skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to a diverse clientele, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with our team to create innovative financial strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving goals and circumstances.
Educate clients on the benefits of various financial products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.

Qualifications:

Experience in financial advising, with a focus on personalized client engagement.
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective client interactions.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Familiarity with current financial products and services, enabling informed client education.
Strong analytical skills to develop innovative financial strategies tailored to individual client needs.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant advice.
Ability to conduct thorough reviews of financial plans, ensuring alignment with clients' evolving goals.
