Sales & specification acumen: Proven experience with marketing, sales strategies, and specification principles within commercial or healthcare markets. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with all levels of the organization and external customers. Technical proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, reporting, and data analysis. Sales capability: Strong ability to sell products and concepts, influencing decision‑makers and driving adoption. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a demanding environment. Travel flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business objectives. Presentation skills: Ability to deliver professional public presentations to diverse audiences, including executives and industry professionals. Minimum requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree Required. One additional year of experience may substitute for one year of required education with a maximum substitution of four years. Experience: 5+ years 5‑10+ years of field selling/specification experience. Prior experience selling or promoting building materials into the Healthcare Industry preferred. Established relationships within the healthcare A&D, facility planning, contractor, or fabrication community. Physical requirements: Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20‑50lbs) Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area.
