Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of therapeutic interventions and administrative tasks, all aimed at promoting mental health and wellness among your clients. Your daily activities will typically include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and social needs of clients.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring timely updates and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
