ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

We're looking for a smart creative to rock the front-end of our web development team. The ideal candidate is experienced with web design and development and is passionate about crafting user-centric experiences. We embrace an engaging, fast-paced, results-oriented culture. We value open collaboration and communication, believing that work should be both fun and challenging. Our goal is to invest in happy, successful individuals, seeing them succeed both inside and outside of work. We are building up a team of A+ players and are looking for someone exceptional to join this winning team. Compensation This position offers $18.00-$20.00/per hour depending on skills and experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

* Provide website maintenance and enhancements to existing websites through the use of CSS, JS, and HTML. * Work closely with team members from various teams to ensure that client requests are consistent to the overall design of the website and follow web development best practices. * Collaborate with our team on projects to improve scalability, performance, and usability across our platform.

• Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and

responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor * An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong educational background in Computer Science or similar experience.
• Web markup, including HTML, CSS, Sass, and Javascript (jQuery).
• Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as

SASS.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Proficient understanding of accessibility and performance standards.
• An eye for design and web aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Git, Amazon AWS, Hubspot
• Knowledge of version control, continuous integration methodologies
• Fast learner and collaborative team player
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
