On W2 Schedule: 1st Shift Deadline: 7/21/2026 Skills Required Primary (Must-Have) Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management Experience managing property loss and business interruption claims Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to make sound business recommendations and decisions Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating with internal teams, consultants, adjusters, and external partners Secondary (Good to Have) Experience in the energy or renewable energy industry Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance claim processes Experience with financial tracking, reporting, and claim recovery processesExperience preparing contractual documentation, scopes of work, and management reports Strong leadership skills and ability to work across multiple business functions Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Claims Specialist to manage the Property Claims Management Program. This role is responsible for overseeing property loss and business interruption claims, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, preparing claim submissions, working with claims consultants and adjusters, tracking financial recoveries, and ensuring timely claim resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong claims management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving successful claim outcomes. Manage day-to-day activities related to property loss and business interruption claims Coordinate communication regarding loss incidents across internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to gather claim-related information Prepare and submit insurance claims and supporting documentation Coordinate activities with claims consultants, adjusters, and third-party service providers Track claim-related financial recoveries and provide accounting support as needed Prepare claim status reports and communicate progress to management Provide required information and feedback to adjusters to facilitate claim closure Analyze claim data and make business recommendations based on findings Ensure compliance with organizational policies and claim management procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives related to claims processes and recovery efforts Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of claims management experience Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience within the energy or renewable energy sector Knowledge of business interruption and property insurance claims Experience with financial reporting and claim recovery tracking Strong leadership and project coordination experience Hybrid work arrangement based in Andover, MA Collaborative environment with cross-functional interaction Fast-paced setting requiring strong attention to detail and adaptability Opportunity to support enterprise-wide risk management and claims recovery initiatives Medical | Dental | Vision | 401(k) | Paid Sick Leave EEOC Compliance We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
