Collaborate with Loan Officers to boost their skills and performance. Market Expansion: Develop and execute plans to increase regional market share through proactive recruitment and development of seasoned Loan Officers. Training: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are comprehensive and timely to meet the needs of the team. Operations & Administration Office Efficiency: Delegate authority to ensure smooth office operations, consistent application of company policies, and high standards of customer service.
