• 0 - 4 patients per shift
• Outpatient and inpatient practice setting
• High risk pregnancy and complicated delivery procedures required
• C-section and surgical gynecology skills needed
• Once per month frequency with potential to increase
• 900 deliveries per year average
• 25% call back percentage
