Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Are you an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Texas might be the perfect fit for you!

• Schedule: Once per month, 3 days of 24-hour call. Start at 7am on a Friday and come off call Monday morning at 7am
• Job Setting: Hospital, Trauma Level 3, 6 beds in department
• Types of Cases: 0-4 patient encounters per shift. Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's), surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor, operative/major)
• Credentialing: Approximately 30 days, 2 years fellowship required

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum, Board Certified required
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: TX state license (IMLC not accepted)
