Practice Info ~ Opportunity to join a thriving, independent, established women's health practice or become hospital employed ~ Established group practice with strong community reputation ~ Current team includes 1 OB/GYN + Certified Nurse Midwife ~2 additional independent OB/GYNs in the community ~ Paris Regional Health is a 154-bed hospital that supports approximately 80 deliveries per month ~ The hospital provides a dedicated Labor & Delivery unit, experienced OB nursing team, collaborative midwifery support, 24/7 anesthesia availability, Level III Trauma designation, ICU and advanced surgical services on-site, and access to minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery Responsibilities Practice full-scope OB/GYN (Inpatient & Outpatient) Anticipate 15-20 deliveries per month personally Compensation Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Student loan repayment assistance Early-commitment residency stipend Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance Benefits Paid time off Retirement plan Comprehensive health and well-being benefits CME days Shift & Schedule ~1:4 shared call rotation ~ Structured schedule: Clinic in the mornings; OR/Deliveries in the afternoons
