Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Parry's recipes, standards, and ticket-time expectations. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.

Line Cooks play a direct role in food quality, guest satisfaction, and overall shift success.

• Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards
• Execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times
• Understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations
• Label, date, and store all food items properly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
• Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
• Support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency

• Execute orders with precision and within expected ticket times
• Understand portion sizes, flavor profiles, and visual presentation
• Label, date, and store all food items correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Consistently comply with food safety and sanitation practices
• Communicate clearly with the team during high-volume service
• Support BOH flow by helping with cleaning, dishwashing, and preparation as needed
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or consistency

Qualifications + Skills

• BOH restaurant experience (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Reliable, professional, and focused under pressure
• Willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow within the role
