What We Offer:
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses
- $20,000 Loan Repayment Program for new graduate RNs (paid over 3 years; prorated for eligible roles)
- Flexible Scheduling – 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts after orientation
- Up to 5.5 Weeks PTO + 7 Paid Holidays annually
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $6,000/year (plus RN-BSN/MSN options at no cost for UPMC employees)

Position Overview:
As a Professional Staff Nurse , you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous learning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care
- Apply evidence-based practice and participate in quality initiatives
- Support patient and family education
- Engage in professional development and team collaboration
- Perform scrub role (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023)
