Role Overview Seeking a dedicated scheduling coordinator to support home care services by creating and maintaining staff schedules for a multidisciplinary clinical team. Excellent multitasking skills are essential, and prior home care experience is advantageous. Responsibilities Develop and manage daily staff schedules to promote optimal patient care and adherence to best practices. Make autonomous staffing decisions with clinical support from supervisors or care coordinators. Monitor schedules proactively, communicating effectively with clinicians and charge nurses. Understand and apply home health regulations related to timely initiation of care. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred. Ability to learn and operate complex scheduling software. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask. Key Duties Assist with staff scheduling for home care teams.
