Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to the nursing process and established standards of care

• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in patient care
• Monitor telemetry and provide observation for post-critical cardiac patients; respond to alarms and changes in patient condition
• Manage IV therapies and cardiovascular medications as required; assist with ventilator support if applicable
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes; communicate changes to the care team timely

Requirements

• Current registered nurse license; licensure requirements as per state regulations
• Telemetry/post‑critical cardiac care experience preferred
• Ability to supervise and coordinate care for an assigned group of patients in a fast-paced unit
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a 8-week travel assignment
