Description Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Opportunity at Clinton Gardens RN License Required The Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist is responsible for leading and coordinating the facility's staff development and infection prevention programs. This dual-role position provides education, training, skills competencies, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits while also overseeing infection prevention and control initiatives to promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Collaboration: A desire to achieve shared goals. Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
