Facilities Technician - Nonprofit Housing
Bridge Over Troubled Waters
Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Boston, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and handle plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and carpentry tasks. You will respond to service requests promptly and coordinate with the Facilities and Operations Manager to keep the building safe and compliant. The role requires 2–3 years in maintenance, strong communication and customer service skills, and a Massachusetts driver's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
