Family Nurse Practitioner — Urgent Care Leader

Midwest Express Clinic in Portage, IN is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a fast-paced clinic. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care, order diagnostics, perform procedures, and document in the EMR while prioritizing patient experience and safety. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in NP, an active FNP license in Indiana or Illinois, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work across #J-18808-Ljbffr National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care
