Pricing Analyst

To support data-driven pricing strategies across a network of veterinary hospitals, the remote Pricing Analyst will analyze historical sales and client behavior, model pricing scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing practices and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Evaluate historical sales and client purchasing behavior to identify pricing opportunities Track KPIs such as revenue growth and margin performance while preparing regular reporting on pricing changes Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with clinic workflows and client communications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or retail Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong quantitative skills with an understanding of revenue, cost, and margin drivers in service-based businesses Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences
