Senior Accounts Payable LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing organization near Chandler. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong, high-volume AP experience who is comfortable managing the full AP cycle and working in a fast-paced environment. This role if fully onsite, Monday-Friday. Salary range is between $60,000-$65,000 DOE. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Manage a high-volume weekly check run Perform invoice matching, coding, and verification Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account issues Maintain accurate AP records and documentation Assist with month-end close and AP reporting Ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience – MUST HAVE High-volume AP experience – MUST HAVE Experience managing high-volume weekly check runs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong Excel and accounting systems experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
