(S) Accounts Payable Representative

Overview:

• Compares invoices to purchase orders to determine amount owed.
• Processes check runs and wire transfers.
• Inserts new vendors into the company database.
• Investigates discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
• Conducts purchase order process according to company policy.

Typical Functions:

• Ensures all available discounts are taken.
• Ensures cash disbursement type is accurate.
• Works with supervisor to ensure that company requirements are kept.
• Reviews escalated or complex invoices to ensure they are properly handled.
• Processes invoices in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
