Job Summary Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an international company environment. Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions Perform invoice validation, matching, and payment processing Assist with cash application and bank reconciliations Support month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain organized financial records and documentation Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit requirements Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
