What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor , you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team — ensuring every repair and service visit is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Document customer concerns clearly and accurately
- Communicate repair needs effectively with technicians
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Secure customer approvals before repairs begin
- Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships
What You Bring
- 2+ year of RV or automotive service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
- A passion for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable commute to Fort Worth, TX
Your Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
