Want to work with boats? We are seeking a marine Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. You will interact with our customers on a daily basis in our customer service department.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about boat/marine products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Order parts and accessories from our vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Cash handling skills
