- Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their vehicle needs and concerns
- Provide detailed estimates and explain the repair process in a friendly and clear manner
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service
- Keep customers updated and guide them through each step of the service process
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience that keeps them coming back
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for solving problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping customers happy
- Previous experience in customer service or as a Service Advisor is a bonus
- Subaru knowledge is a plus, but not required-we'll train you!
- Earn up to $150K annually with performance-based incentives
