You are skilled at developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time and delegating tasks. You are a humbly confident team player with an eagerness to learn and help your teammates grow.Responsibilities:Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendationsConsulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendationsAnswering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessaryPresenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savingsOverseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflowInforming clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked upQualifications:Engineering and mechanical experienceAutomobile industry experience and ability to problem solveProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceClean driving record & valid driver's licenseWilling to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screenJoin a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
