POSITION SUMMARY: The Breakfast Host for Isa's French Bistro ensures guest satisfaction by providing guests with a breakfast experience that enhances their stay and creates good memories.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.Per brand standards, prepares and maintains the hot "Our Guest Breakfast" menu per brand standard.Greets and makes each guest feel welcome, guest interaction strongly encouraged.Ensures all food items are stocked, maintained, and presented according to brand standard.Rotates breakfast menu selections according to the "Be Our Guest" breakfast program.Breakfast room and server must be kept clean and guest ready.Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh liners.Clean and vacuum breakfast and server area flooring.Kitchen is to be kept clean, sanitized, and well organized.Promptly handles guest complaints or requests and refers to supervisor if unable to handle.Handles chemicals and equipment as trained and according to label directions.Aligns with the "Be Our Guest" service standards to build and reinforce skills that create a lasting service culture that provides caring, comfortable, and consistent experiences.Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service.Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and works to resolve.Performs other as assigned by supervisor.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year hospitality experience or food serviceStrong verbal and interpersonal skillsWorks well independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detailCommitment to exceptional guest serviceAdheres to the policies and procedures of the hotelAble to lift up to 30 poundsMust be able to squat, bend, kneel and twistAbility to stand for long periods of timeOccasional lifting of up to 50 poundsWho We AreUnder the leadership of Founder Antonio O.
