Compensation: $64,000-$78,000 annually, based on experienceSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-4pm. Hours ma vary based on business needs, must be flexible. Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel while overseeing the shipping and receiving functions of the warehouse. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations as needed Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs Ensure efficient utilization of space; establish warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading times and guarantee proper stock rotation Supervise team of warehouse employees; ensure team is adequately staffed, managed, trained and evaluated Manage within budgetary and operational guidelines Comply with OSHA regulations as well as company established policies and procedures Maintain and enforce standards of health, safety, and security Make recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall productivity, quality and safety of warehouse operations Job Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred A minimum of 3 years of Warehouse, Operations or Logistics experience required Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred; forklift certification a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits & PerksEligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more. *Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location, employment type, and union governance.
