DIRECTOR (FULL TIME DAYS) EMERGENCY

Overview Summerlin Hospital is a 496‑bed hospital featuring emergency services, a busy maternity department with an average of 450 deliveries per month, a Children’s Medical Center with a NICU, a pediatric ICU and separate pediatric ER, advanced cardiovascular care, surgical services, women’s health and oncology care. It is an accredited Chest Pain with PCI facility and a Primary Stroke Center, and has received multiple awards from the American Heart Association Get with the Guidelines program. Responsibilities Responsible for the 24‑hour management of designated units, ensuring the hospital meets the established standard of care. Qualifications Education : Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, MSN required. Experience : Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience. Technical Skills : Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheet, and database. Other : Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit/department. License : Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
