Information Technology Support Specialist (Level 2-3)-Join Tiktok Tech Team

We are now recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Level 2 or Level 3 Specialist to join our client's dynamic technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring reliable IT operations across corporate offices, production facilities and remote user environments. IT Support / Desktop Support Level 2 or Level 3 Trusted by TikTok. This role is employed under our company, with daily work performed onsite at TikTok's office, providing direct exposure to TikTok's dynamic work environment and teams. This is a W2 full-time, long-term position. Work Schedule:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; one-hour unpaid lunch break Compensation: Level 2:$28-$33 USD per hour, before tax Level 3:$34-$38 USD per hour, before tax Benefits: 5 days of sick leave per year; unpaid holidays; 401k Requirements: Computer Technology related degree Level 2: 3-6 years of IT support or desktop support experience Level 3: 6-10 years of IT support or desktop support experience Working knowledge of Windows & macOS, iOS & Android, networking, and video conference technologies Familiar with corporate network environments; network certifications such as CCNA are a plus Excellent communication skills, able to explain complicated IT problems to non-technical individuals Excellent customer service skills with polite manners and able to handle pressure from frustrated users Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Great team player who can work in a collaborative culture Self-motivated, open to learning, and receptive to change and improvement Ability to manage and prioritize own tasks and helpdesk issues Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to internal users, addressing IT inquiries, requests, and incidents promptly through tickets.
2. Investigate root causes of issues and develop effective solutions that help users navigate company systems seamlessly.
3. Liaise between users and technology teams to ensure clear alignment and timely issue resolution.
4. Complete assigned tasks on time and manage your own workload.
5. Present yourself professionally and leverage your experience or expertise to support technology teams, business teams, and other stakeholders.
