IT Program Manager: Financial Domain

IT Program Manager
We seek an individual with client-focused experience demonstrating the ability of translating client needs into the development of new or modifications of current software products and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Act as the Program Manager to manage and deliver Application Development projects implemented using Microsoft Azure Cloud and.NET technologies.
- Works closely with stakeholders in IT and business to ensure alignment between business needs and program deliverables.
- Creates and maintains a program plan that tracks the completion and delivery of all IT milestones, including development, quality assurance, documentation, and deployment.
- Responsible to track budget and spend for each project.
- Provides weekly program status, milestones, and risk to all stakeholders.
- Conducts coordination meetings and provides status reports.
- Will be responsible to prepare and provide status presentations for executive audience.
- Drive Information Technology programs that have significant enterprise-wide or strategic impact.
- Compile and track financial and resource budgets for each project in the program.
- Identify, document, and communicate program risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear and concise communication to project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular program status, milestones, and risk to all stakeholders.
- Provide/present program updates to executive management.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or associate degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Network, Business, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years of technical program management or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills and proficiency Experience leading software development teams. Ability to solve problems across multiple domains. PMI Certification desirable, but not essential.
