Lead application modernization, cloud migration, integration, and platform transformation initiatives. Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. Required Technical Skills: .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture. Azure: App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Entra ID. DevOps, CI/CD, Security Architecture, Performance Engineering, Enterprise Architecture. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Responsible AI practices. Strong expertise in executive dashboards, self-service reporting, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision making. Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Employee Benefits platforms. Experience with claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, member/provider integrations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data ecosystems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (Master's preferred). 15+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture. 7+ years leading architecture teams and enterprise transformation programs. Mandatory Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), GitHub Copilot Certification (GH-300), and Azure AI certification (AI-103). Preferred Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and other relevant Microsoft AI, Data, Analytics, Security, or Cloud Architecture certifications." The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$140000- $160000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
