Under the general direction of the Office Building Manager III in the Facilities Management Division, Bateson, the Office Technician (Typing) independently provides clerical support, performs sensitive and complex Attendance Clerk (AC) duties, and provides Office Technician/Attendance Clerk coverage at all other buildings in Region II as needed.
This position is Limited Term (12 months); it may become permanent, be extended up to 24 months, or be cancelled at any time.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
