As a remote employee of Viva Wellness Center, you will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams while primarily interacting with students in various educational settings. You will work alongside school staff, parents, and mental health professionals to create a cohesive support system for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students dealing with major mental health issues and significant emotional disturbances, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, creating individualized care plans in collaboration with educational staff and other mental health providers.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions that focus on treatment goals determined collaboratively with clients.

• Participate as an integral team member during meetings to set common treatment objectives and develop strategies for student support.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt the care approach as needed, ensuring the provision of culturally competent and respectful services.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and the Center's standards.

• Assist in crisis intervention and emergency mental health situations, coordinating care with local agencies when necessary.

• Contribute insights and recommendations for continuous quality improvement initiatives within the service delivery model.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse adolescent population in school settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
