Implementation Specialist II - Payments

Implementation Specialist II - Responsibilities Responsible for the successful implementation of Deluxe‑proposed solutions and configurations on projects as assigned while meeting the client billability levels and billing rates as established for this position. Prepare implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and as required, internal management. Implement up to five small projects (up to 100 hours) simultaneously as well as upgrades up to 1000 hours. Assist on larger, more complex projects that require more than one resource. Work with the project team to prepare the customer or internal system by customizing the base software application and entering customer‑specific data according to the CRD and other project documentation. Test systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product. Document defects and resolution approach. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues. Document, communicate status and help with escalation of issues internally. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering and 2 years of experience or high school/GED and 6 years of experience. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows‑based operating systems/networks. Experience implementing or supporting software solutions. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications 2 years in banking and/or payment processing or Treasury Management. Compensation Salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually. This position may also be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. Base pay will vary based on location, experience, and internal equity.
