Our downtown Pittsburgh chiropractic practice is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk as well as perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, and prioritize your responsibilities. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with tasks in a timely and effective and complete manner, while streamlining office operations.
Starting pay is based upon experience in medical billing understanding and reception history. This rate will range from $18-$22 based on your ability and knowledge. There is an understood learning curve that must take place to execute this position fully and these job specifics will be taught.
We are an established downtown practice of 20+ years with a great patient base offering both Chiropractic and Massage services. If you meet the above criteria and want to work in a medical setting whose primary goal is to help people and get paid for it please apply.
