Account Manager

Description Total Apartment Solutions is a fast-growing business that services luxury apartment complexes throughout the country. We are currently searching for an Account Manager who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our Houston market. Management experience in multi-family maintenance is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Work with employees and subcontractors to ensure quality service is consistently provided. Manage relationships with property and maintenance managers. Oversee schedule management. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential subcontractors for future needs or business expansion. Solve and de-escalate client issues and conflicts. Communicate regularly with company leadership. Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in multi-family maintenance/operations strongly preferred. 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
