In this role, you will help deliver a secure, scalable, compliant, and integration-ready platform that supports complex public sector case management needs. Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree6+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including hands-on experience with Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Flow2+ years of experience serving as a technical lead or architect on complex technology programs2+ Experience designing and delivering integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), or event-driven patterns1+ Experience designing Salesforce security controls, including sharing, permission sets, audit capabilities, and encryption features1+ Experience delivering technology solutions in public sector environments with governance, documentation, and compliance requirementsAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certificationExperience supporting child welfare, case management modernization, or federal and state reporting requirements, including Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS), National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System (NCANDS), or National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD), where in scopeExperience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoftExperience leading data conversion or migration activities for case management platformsExperience implementing accessibility requirements aligned to Section 508 or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)Experience establishing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce programsExperience integrating with eligibility, court, payment, identity, document management, telephony, analytics, or mobile platforms
