You will regularly review digital performance and customer-experience metrics; facilitate working sessions with your team to refine priorities and remove roadblocks; align cross-functional stakeholders on delivery; partner with risk and fraud teams on security enhancements; and manage vendor performance to keep platforms operating at their best.You are equally comfortable shaping multi-year strategy and diving into the details of a product launch or platform enhancement.
