Elite Exposure is hiring an Organizational Events Manager in Indianapolis to lead and execute live charity fundraising events and community activations throughout the city. This is a leadership role built for sharp, competitive, sports-minded professionals who know how to prepare a team, execute under pressure, and deliver results that matter. You led on the field. What You Will Do Plan, organise, and manage live charity fundraising events and community activations throughout Indianapolis on behalf of our nonprofit partners Lead, train, and motivate a team of Promotional Fundraising Representatives on-site at every event — you set the tone, they follow your lead Develop and execute event communication strategies that deliver consistent, on-brand messaging across every community touchpoint Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, community organisations, and event venues Oversee all event logistics — venue setup, team scheduling, breakdown, and post-event reporting Track team performance, donor acquisition results, and fundraising metrics — reporting insights to senior leadership Identify performance gaps within your team and develop action plans to close them fast Drive a high-performance, mission-focused team culture at every single event What We Are Looking For A natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment A competitive, sports-minded mindset — you prepare like a champion and perform like one too Strong verbal communication and organisational skills — equally sharp one-on-one and in front of a group Experience in event management, fundraising, marketing, communications, or team leadership — preferred not required Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field — preferred not required Comfortable managing multiple priorities and making decisions under pressure at live events Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations throughout Indianapolis Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends as events require Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What You Will Earn $900–$1,500 per week based on performance and experience, paid every week Performance bonuses for top-performing teams and managers Full paid leadership training and ongoing professional development Clear advancement path into senior management — we build our leaders from within The opportunity to lead meaningful work that directly supports charitable causes in Indianapolis $900–$1,500 reflects weekly earnings based on performance and experience.
