Program Support Specialist

About the Role This Program & Consumer Support Specialist will provide administrative and communications support, helping keep day-to-day operations of Fairfax County Youth MOVE organized and running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build skills in nonprofit and human services work. This position will report to the Director of Behavioral Health Support Services. Key Responsibilities Maintain data trackers — check weekly to ensure updated, and reach out to responsible parties to complete any outstanding data Populate panel data Monitor FCYM Instagram and JSSA email, responding to inquiries or looping in the appropriate parties as needed Assist with advertising panels and events using Constant Contact and Canva Support Youth Development Coordinator in creating sign-up forms and evaluations for panels, and in sending continuing education Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Strong computer skills — able to navigate or willing to learn Canva, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office, and basic-to-intermediate Excel Highly organized Good problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Interest in learning more about human services and nonprofit functioning is a plus Schedule Hybrid position Flexible work hours, outside of weekly supervision meetings and biweekly team meetings Salary: $24.57 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
